Yummy Tummy is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable*
• A (put fee here) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
• Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $(price here).

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies

Shipping to and from Yummy Tummy is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $(price here), we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured. 

REDUCED SHIPPING FOR CORPORATE GIFT GIVERS!

If you wish to give any of our Bake-To-Order, Ship-To-Order Items (Cakes, Brownies, Fudge, Uglee Cakes, Gourmet Brownies, or Non-Traditional Fruit Cakes), Gifts, or Gift Baskets for corporate gifts, and you have more than 10 baskets shipping to the same address, please contact us for reduced shipping.

We can arrange gift baskets in quantities from 10 to 2,000. Just contact us at chefpaula@theyummytummycafe.com for more details.

Shipping Information

Your order is processed within 24 hours and shipped normally within 4-7 days.  We will contact you via e-mail with shipper tracking number when item has shipped. Please allow ample time for Holiday deliveries. We have provided shipping weights for all items shipped single and gift basket shipping prices are set pricing for each size. (See Build-Your-Own-Gift-Baskets)

On all Bake-To-Order; Ship-To-Order and Make-To-Order; Ship-To-Order Items: Shipping is included with the exception of West of Mississippi and New England, which additional shipping and 2nd Day Air is required.  All additional charges are listed and must be included with your orders in order for us to ship.
